The key components in every ELKAtherm heater are backed by a free, 25-year warranty – underwritten direct by the manufacturers themselves, for complete peace of mind.
If there’s even the slightest problem with their workmanship your German electric radiators will be replaced or repaired free of charge by our experienced engineers.
Tested by hand
Every element of your heater’s ceramic core is painstakingly hand-tested by engineers in Germany, to ensure it is non-porous, protecting the element from moisture.
The ceramic moisture test is an important reason why ELKAtherm heaters work so well, for so many years – especially in a damp climate like the South West – and we receive photographic proof of each heater’s test, direct from the factory.
Free repair cover for 4 years
As well as the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll give you four years’ repair cover for the whole system – including the control electronics; that’s more than double the industry standard.
